Peter K. Andreone, Esq.

I am a civil trial attorney licensed to practice law in Kansas, Missouri, and Maryland. My practice is focused on business transactions and litigation, including entity formation, shareholder agreements, buy-sell agreements, business acquisitions and sales, contracts, and related issues. I also focus my practice on labor and employment law and have handled all phases of the civil litigation process.

I also have extensive experience in the area of personal injury law, including cases involving auto and motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, medical malpractice and nursing home negligence, premises and product liability, and other catastrophic injury cases. I have first-chaired numerous civil jury trials to verdict and have received excellent results for my clients at trial. Over the course of my legal career, I’ve negotiated favorable pre-litigation settlements for hundreds of clients.

Additionally, I specalize in estate planning, including drafting wills, living trusts, NFA trusts, and other essential estate planning documents.

I graduated with Dean’s Honors when receiving my Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law. My undergaduate degree is from St. Mary’s College of Maryland, a public honors college located in historic St. Mary’s City.
