Business Advocate Law PLLC serves clients throughout Washington. Our office is located in Seattle with convenient meeting locations also in Bellevue and Bothell. We provide legal and business services to regulated industries including business formation, planning, and compliance for both the alcohol distilling and cannabis industries. Marijuana is currently provided through medical marijuana dispensaries in Washington state and will be grown, processed, and sold via retail outlets beginning in 2014.

The alcohol industry also continues to expand rapidly with micro-breweries, craft distillers, and wineries. Each of these industries presents unique challenges and are heavily regulated to protect the public interest.
