The CVault is a 18/10 food grade stainless steel container that works in conjunction with the Boveda 62 RH pak. The combination of the two allows you to craft your harvest like a wine maker ages wine. The CVault deliveries a consistent finished product each and every time.
We are excited to present our products to you; you may not be excited now about a curing and storage container but trust me you will be. Come one let’s face it we have all seen the different gimmicks out there, But I wanted a container that would keep my product the SAME.
We broke our objectives into two phases; the first phase was the search for the right container and the second was how we can maintain a consistent relative humidity.
Regarding the container we addressed a variety products, wood, glass and aluminum but decided stainless steel would best suit our needs. Our CVault is airtight, light weight, durable and impenetrable to light; it is the ultimate curing and storage container.
The testing of the humidity was extensive; we work with Boveda/Humidipak, a company that has developed a patented technology that provides the world’s first, 2-way humidity control packet. Boveda/Humidipak worked closely with us during FreshStor’s testing phase, providing us with a variety of Boveda/Humidipaks (R) samples ranging from 48% to 72%. After months of testing, we concluded that; the most effective humidity range for storing product is between 58% and 64%.
FreshStor (R) has engaged Boveda/Humidipak (R) to develop a 62% Boveda/Humidipak. Each Boveda/Humidipak (R) packet has a plus or minus 1% humidity variance. We have found that the 62% relative humidity packet is applicable to 90% of the products you would store.
Test after test, month after month, and a year later, We are now excited to present to our current and future friends, the combination of our durable container with patented humidity controlled curing and storage technology the CVault.
