This program provides qualified, trained professionals who oversee the transfer of motor vehicle ownership from the consumer to the manufacturer. Class Action Settlement Arbitration: DMA is currently administering an arbitration process for Class Members involved in a Class Action Settlement which originated in California. This program provides Class Members the opportunity to have their individual claims arbitrated by a trained professional, with the potential of having their vehicle repurchased or replaced by the manufacturer.
