The Harvest Right Home Freeze Dryer truly is the first of its kind. It is the first heavy duty, large capacity, and fully-automated food freeze dryer made for home use. When we first set out to make this incredible machine, our goal was to make do-it-yourself food storage possible for every family. To accomplish that, our machine would have to be smart, powerful, and made for long-term use. Engineers in the industry originally told us that the machine we wanted couldn’t be made, but we didn’t stop there. After years of persistence, we were able to innovate on existing designs and, eventually, make the “impossible” possible.

The ambient temperature can comfortably sustain life even in cold climates, mountains, deserts, or tropics.

An automatic venting system is heat activated and requires no external electricity to operate.
