Head shop headquarters is first and foremost dedicated to customer service. Our company is the perfect size to provide this, and we can respond your questions, queries, and compliments. Customer service only works if you also sell quality products. Selling a shoddy product and then answering a question about it does not solve the customer’s issue. For this and for the pure passion to help fellow tokers we began to work.

Myself, Jimmy, and my younger sibling, Brynn, set out to create a store with high caliber pipes and bongs. We have both had bad experiences with glass in our hometown and in our respective college towns. It is commonplace for local head shops to overcharge for cheaply made Chinese glass. They break, don’t work well, and leave you coming back to buy another cheap product.

We wanted to create a place for only the best pipes of all types. Naturally, we looked for respected manufacturers. Consulting online forums, experts in the business, and test products ourselves and with our friends is all a part of this job we love.

We are located in Spicewood, Texas just outside of Austin and have been in the e-commerce business for four years. The live music capital of the world, the hills, and warm weather are a great backdrop to the business. With help from our family of small business owners, we got to work securing a new warehouse space, stocking inventory, and creating a stellar website.

Our experience in e-commerce and this niche market allows us to have the best customer service possible. Large online glass retailers are worried about moving product.
