Michigan Solar Solutions (MSS) designs and installs commercial, municipal, non-profit and educational solar solutions across the state. We are one of the few companies that has a full-time service department, monitoring our customer’s solar arrays via internet. We were founded by Mark Hagerty in 2007 and have grown to multiple offices, serving the entire lower peninsula of Michigan, with hundreds of installations from Grand Rapids to Alpena to Detroit. MSS employs general contractors, sales staff, solar design experts and NABCEP certified solar installers. Michigan Solar Solutions maintains an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and has more positive online reviews for Michigan Customers than all of our competitors, combined.

MSS installs American Made products to employ US workers, and Michigan Made products to employ local workers. We are Michigan’s largest Platinum Installer of SolarWorld panels. SolarWorld is America’s oldest and largest solar panel manufacturer, which purchases millions of dollars a year from Michigan companies to produce their panels.

MSS is one of the most experienced renewable energy firms in Michigan. As leaders in the industry, we have been asked to testify in front of the state legislators numerous times, and have helped both DTE and Consumers Energy with projects that help to define the future of power distribution.
