We specialize in ceiling, wall, floor, exterior and sign panels, as well as a wide range of panel accessories.

NUDO core values in lamination technology extends across all the products we manufacture. This enables us to deliver a dependable, high-quality panel no matter the application. Our focus on responsiveness and consistency has earned us a leadership position in producing panel products with a variety of substrates such as plywood, oriented strand board (OSB), gypsum, composites and finishes such as aluminum, high-pressure laminate (HPL), Fiberglass (FRP) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Over the years, we have grown to become one of the largest laminators in the United States.

Today, Nudo is owned by Grupo Verzatec, an international company with headquarters in Monterrey, Mexico, and the parent company of Stabilit America. Stabilit is one of the leading manufacturers of Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) products, produced in Moscow, TN and Monterrey, Mexico, and marketed in the United States under its Glasteel brand.
