Preston Board & Packaging supply a variety of solid board products to different industries, from bed manufacturing to cable reels, from point of sale advertising to mounting boards, from cake boards to meat boxes. We offer a diverse range of Paperboard, Chipboard and Display Board products in sizes and thicknesses to suit all applications.

Preston Board & Packaging Ltd was founded in 1981 by its current owners David Hardman and Charles Ingham. The Company started with one laminator and auxiliary equipment, primarily manufacturing laminated and lined chipboards for the packaging and bedding industries.

In 1986, a second laminator was built enabling the company to substantially increase its output and range of products. Our current range of products now includes large display boards and Foil lined chipboards in a variety of colours and embossed designs, one and two sided White lined chipboard, Specialist coloured and embossed design papers lined to chipboards, one and two sided Kraft lined chipboards and laminated unlined chipboards.

Our auxiliary equipment offers the facility to guillotine trim, round corner, diecut and slot. In 1994, the group purchased the Romiley Board Mill in Romiley, Cheshire which was a primary supplier of unlined chipboard to the laminating factory at Preston.
