Rachael Z. Ardanuy Attorney at Law P.C.

I am a Denver-based attorney licensed in Colorado & Florida.

I graduated from the Florida State University, earning Bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Real Estate. Following graduation, I managed a corporate restaurant and obtained a real estate sales associate license in Florida.

After a few years, I decided to return to school and earned my law degree, graduating with honors for academic achievement and dedication to providing pro bono service. During law school, I gained valuable experience as an intern at the Florida Supreme Court.

Upon becoming a Florida attorney, I practiced law in Jacksonville, Florida for a number of years in the areas of estate planning, probate, guardianship, family law, and civil and criminal litigation. During that time, I visited friends and family living in Colorado and, with my husband, decided it is where we wanted to begin the next chapter of our lives. We relocated to Denver in 2015.

From 2015-2017, I served as “of counsel” to the Law Office of Lauren C. Davis, focusing on providing legal and business counsel to help clients navigate the complex regulatory framework of the Colorado marijuana industry, as well as representing clients charged with criminal offenses.

I draw on my diverse experiences in business management, real estate, and estate planning to provide well-rounded legal and business advice and help clients achieve their desired goals.

When I am not busy representing clients, I spend my time with playing with our daughter Hannah, teaching Jazzercise classes, attending concerts, hiking trails with my husband, and making mosaic artwork.
