The Kind Kase test unit was evaluated and tested by a third party laboratory using the Consumer Product Safety Commission Protocol and Standards. Tread Global LLC found the results of this study indicate the test fulfills the requirements for child resistant effectiveness as per the current Code of Federal Regulations Title 16, Part 1700, for Poison Preventive Packaging. This test was supervised by an agent of ASTM International.
