Dale and Fran Owen have been members of the Joplin community for over 40 years where they established their business and they are the company – both doing the sales, installation, and service themselves. Dale has a background in law enforcement and served the Joplin community as a police officer for over 21 years. Dale and Fran are both graduates of MSSU and have bachelor degrees in law enforcement and business education, respectively.

We are licensed, insured, and bonded. Monitoring services are provided by W H International Response Center, which is a five-diamond company located in Rockford, Minnesota.
