System Controls has been providing all types of electrical control enclosures for the automotive and non-automotive industries for over thirty years. Our staff includes several individuals with over thirty-five years of experience. Our location on the I-96 service drive between Newburgh and Farmington roads in Livonia Michigan is centrally located in the greater Detroit area.
System Controls has 16,000 square feet of shop floor space with seasoned craftspeople dedicated to providing a quality product. Our staff provides meaningful communication (identifying problems, asking specific questions and offering solutions) all in an atmosphere of respect, cooperation and appreciation. We offer an open shop policy (come in and see your enclosure in process any time).
System Controls has partnered with several electrical and fluid design sources to offer turn-key solutions to your controls requirements. Each partnering design source is selected based on the type of design (i.e. machine, conveyor, process control, etc.), the content of the design (i.e. electrical hardware, electrical software, screen development, etc.) the design product (i.e. A-B PLC, Siemens PLC, Fanuc Servo, etc.) and the size of the system (i.e. ten to twenty sheets or several hundred sheets). System Controls would accept the design and build purchase order and would be responsible for the overall project, including establishing communication, providing coordination, change processing, etc.
Start-Up and De-Bug Services
System Controls has partnered with several design sources to offer start-up and de-bug services in conjunction with a purchase order, including engineering or as a stand-alone service.
System Controls has partnered with several electrical and fluids installation contractors to offer turn-key solutions to your controls requirements. Each partnering installation contractor is selected based on type of installation (i.e. machine, conveyor, process control, etc.), the content of the installation (i.e. hard piping, plugs and cables, block I/O and cords, etc.) plus the size, schedule and location of the installation.
