THC Safety’s founder, James Lieberman, a chemist and certified industrial hygienist is a veteran of the pharmaceutical industry. James became involved in marijuana facility consulting in 2010, setting up a MCP facility in Boulder, CO, the first city to create regulations for the industry within the state of Colorado.

Now, after helping many facilities in Boulder and Denver establish MCPs and MIP facilities he has created guidance that will satisfy all state and almost all local regulations.
