Our Extraction and Distillation Process:

Extraction and Recovery

Cryo Ethanol Extraction: At its simplest, a cryogenic extraction includes washing the biomass in winterized ethanol then removing excess ethanol by rotating the biomass in a basket that spins at incredibly high speeds (around 1,500 RPM), which separates the cannabinoids from the plant. This process uses ethanol at a subzero (-50 C) temperature.

Solvent Recovery: A falling film evaporator is an industrial device to concentrate solutions, especially with heat sensitive components. The evaporator is a special type of heat exchanger. Our in-house device uses a process exactly like what is pictured in a simplified form here. After all the extraction solvent has been separated what’s left is a crude oil containing our valuable cannabinoids.

Distillation and Sales

Wiped-Film Distillation: Wiped film distillation is a solution that creates a thin film of a liquid on a vertical evaporator’s inner surface generated by a wiper system. As the wiper rotates, down-flowing liquid is equally distributed to feed on the wall’s inner side. Using a perfect form of this process and dialing-in the right temperatures and pressures; we can maximize the yield and quality of our distillate oil.

Distillate Sales: As part of our included service, we will sell the oil produced from your biomass at top market price. We sell your oil wholesale along with ours, guaranteeing we pursue the high revenue possible for both of us. The more money you make, the more we make too.
