Established in 2013 in Springfield, IL, Upper Limits Midwest is a top-scaling leader of industry and retail in ejuice, glass and wellness products, Upper Limits is home to the nationally distributed Count Vapula brand and Mad Scientist Vapor. Our facility also manufactures and distributes glass products for the industry. We are a movement based retail operation with a strong focus on research, quality and product development. Our mission is to provide the absolute best customer service and retail experience in the industry. We strive to educate our customers and spread knowledge of products and the industry we love.

Our commitment to American Glass Artists. At Upper Limits, we carry American Glass. We know our artists personally. Our glass is made by true artists living right here in the USA. We care so much about investing in American glass artists, we built an in-house glass studio! Customers can watch a custom piece of art come to life right before their eyes. We make one of a kind pieces for our customers, both retail and wholesale.

In 2017, Upper Limits Midwest took ownership of the nationally recognized e-liquid brand Mad Scientist. We are so excited to be able to continue to offer this outstand product to its fans.
